NBI Clearance Online Application Procedures:
1. Visit NBI Clearance link clearance.nbi.gov.ph
2. For Returning User, Log in with your Username and Password. For New User, Create an account by filling up the necessary information in the form provided.
3. Another form will appear for the New User once you're done signing in. You have to fill up the form in order to have a record in NBI database. Once you save your information, You have to click APPLY for the Clearance (as shown at step no. 4)
4. For Returning User, Choose if you want to EDIT your record or simply APPLY for the Clearance.
5. Once you click APPLY for Clearance, A confirmation box will appear. Supply the necessary information and click I AGREE.
6. Another Reminder will appear you have to choose whether TAGALOG or ENGLISH. Then click Okay
7. Then, Appointment window will appear. Supply all the necessary information including NBI Branch where you want to process your Clearance, Date, Payment Information and Payment Option.
8. Lastly, the computer will process your appointment and advise you to pay your Clearance on the payment option you selected together with the Dragon Pay Reference Number. After you pay the Clearance, You will visit again your NBI portal to check the 8 alphanumeric reference number you need to submit once you visit the NBI Branch.
